Starting with customer requirements or specifications, our ASIC engagement involves design and integration of mmW in CMOS, interaction with foundry process, design for testing (DFT), package design, and a proven design methodology.
We work with a full suite of EDA/CAD/Full wave simulation tools for system architecture, circuit design, schematic and layout, design rules check (DRC), design/simulation of passives, interconnects, antenna and package. We focus on constructing digital controls around core architecture, co-designing complete mmW systems, and using a unified CMOS and MMIC design flow.
